Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions explain our (Herbert & Co Honeybee Products) obligations as a service provider and your obligations as a customer. Please ensure you read them carefully. Continuing to use our website signifies you have read understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please note that we may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice and these will be effective upon posting on this website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

By ordering products from our website, you are bound to our terms and conditions. 

 

Prices and Payment

Items will not be sent until full payment is made. All transactions on the site are final. The price of each item is displayed on the item description.

Disclaimer

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website. However, from time to time, product availability may change, depending on the season. 

Herbert & Co products are only harvested as the season allows, so stock is limited to the conditions of the season and the crops our bees are pollinating. 

Herbert & Co will not be responsible for any loss, damage or risk arising from use of our products, or the information contained on this website, to the maximum extent of applicable laws.

Shipping

The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. After your online order is processed, an email will be sent to you confirming the order and payment have been received.

We want to keep shipping costs down for our customers as much as possible, so we offer a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $250. Spend over $250 and shipping is on us! Please note we only ship to Australia. If you live in northern Tasmania, send us an email and we may be able to deliver directly to you. 

While we work super quickly to pack your order, we are small business located in rural Tasmania, so please be aware freight times can vary. Shipping times may vary between states and can take up to 3–6 days to country areas for regular post. Express post is a next day service for up to 80% of Australian addresses, but please keep in mind that we do our best to post orders on the day you have placed your order but please allow up to two days for orders to be sent.

Returns and Refunds

We are confident you will love your Herbert & Co products and do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase. If your product arrives and you are not happy with the quality, or the product is damaged, please contact us directly at hello@herbertandcohoneybees.com.au and we will work with you to rectify the situation asap. 

 

Why don’t we ship to Western Australia or Kangaroo Island?

Unfortunately, due to biosecurity regulations, our honey cannot be shipped to Western Australia or Kangaroo Island.

 

Why don’t we ship internationally?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to overseas markets at the moment as there are too many hurdles with customs in various countries, meaning we may send your product (and you may pay for it), but it may not be delivered. We do not wish to send a product that may not be able to get to you.  Thank you for understanding.

Any information we gather on our website is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason. We take the responsibility to ensure that the information we gather complies with the Privacy Act 1988 to the best of our ability.
