These tiny pollinators are crucial for producing the tiny fennel seeds, which are used in cooking, essential oil production and incorporated into restorative herbal infusions.

Like Herbert & Co, Tasmanian Pollination Services only harvests honey when the season is bountiful and there is more than enough honey to keep their bees healthy.

Just like our honey, this delicious raw honey was cold extracted to maintain the integrity of the raw product — just how the bees make it!

Tasting Notes

Our fennel-seed honey is a true delicacy, wth a firm following. Stronger in flavour than our canola and clover honey, it is not as distinctive as our carrot-seed honey.
